Subject: Some official BCB 3 News

Quoted from the: borland.public.cppbuilder.non-technical
By: "Lance Devin" <ldevin@corp.borland.com>

I've seen the excitement generated by a BCB 3 presentation in Canada and a request for some feature information. So here is a teaser:

C++Builder 3 will have:
a) One-Step ActiveX/ATL and ActiveForms/ATL: So like Delphi, you will
easily put together ActiveX controls for reuse in other environments. But
unlike Delphi, it will be based on the ATL framework, as you would expect
from C++.

b) Some serious work has been put into the debugger as well. I'll save that
for another day.

We are really excited about the way C++Builder 3 is shaping up. Feedback
from our betas has been extremely positive.

Happy New Year
