I tell my clients that if they want to get certificates, to expect a 4-6 week wait. Sometimes they get there sooner, but I try not to make promises on which I cannot deliver.

My understanding is that most of the people here have received certificates on all but their most recent purchases.

When you've got transfer agents resigning, it doesn't help either.
