Well if this closure of the file is true and the official reasons are as stated the next question is how long will the trading halt will,remain. The purpose of the halt is to allow the fair and equal distribution of news. The company rightfully should be given a reasonable opportunity to prepare a response to the news. I would think that 3 days may be sufficient for that.
