So for the record; Not sure what a shell company is worth at this stage but if we have lost, thats all its worth If on the otherhand, we find a total mishandling of the file and misrepresentation of evidence to CPTAQ bu GSLR or individuals associated with pre-election. Then the Lawsuits could be substantial enough in size that settlements will make the value more than its presently halted at. So, I would expect once CCB finds out whether; A) we are exempt from white tail deer yard because its on private property, or B) GSLR for years has allowed hunting and blinds to occur during deer season on and off the Private Land without formally charging anyone, or C) That for example the exact wording of a December Council wording ended up as the Exact wording of the CPTAQ decision without the applicants input............. then things become sticky for everyone involved
