HAHA what a ridiculous assessment, but par for the course for someone who has 0 understanding how Quebec, or government more broadly, works

He doesn't seem to realize that Hunting rights on private land do not translate to "do whatever you want on private land". You can shoot deer for food (in season), but that doesn't mean you can build a year-round open pit. These are completely different things.

It would be like saying "if I'm allowed to cut trees on my land, why can't I build a saw mill?" or "If you're allowed to litter all over your private land, you should be able to build a landfill"

"I'm allowed to fish on private land, so obviously my idea for a major fish farm should be covered by exemptions because GSLR has allowed people to fish for years"

I think its completley laugable that this is Dennis the Chief's assumed scenario (it will never happen, just like the mine)

1) A shell company with 0 assets beyond what is left of their rube investors' money will sue GSLR and the province of Quebec (yearly revenue in the billions)

2) This shell company (CCB) will somehow win in court against these Goliaths, in Quebec court, where the laws, language, and views on mining are completely against CCB

3) The investors will all get paid a handsome sum through settlements with CCB?

What kind of a bozo company would use money they already don't have to enter into long and protracted legal fights with an entire provincial government, and a city therein? Bruce would blow all remaining assets simply on airfare to and from.

Delusional diarrhea is right.
