Good morning Sonny, It is nice to see SI up and running and I hope that it will stay up now. I got your e-mail last night, but by the time I got it, you were back on and it was late. Yes it was encouraging seeing Abbey Cohen say bullish things about the market. I do hope that today will not be as bad as it looks at this point. Have a good day. We are really having to exercise our long term discipline in the market right now. About walking, that is in my opinion, one of the best things that you can do.
