And now CNN is reporting that Wray is so upset that he might quit.

Let him.

His objection is that the memo is somehow inaccurate, not that there will be inadvertent disclosure of means and methods.

Let him resign. If there are inaccuracies, let the process of informing the public develop them. Let the public judge. His hissy fits about resigning notwithstanding (two so far in the space of ten days or so), whether there are inaccuracies is something that is outside his domain. The senior people put the FBI in this bed, let them make it.

I don't get it. If I were him, I would go on record as stating that the items in the memo will be addressed. If additional corrective steps need to be taken to make sure those items don't occur again, he should go on record as supporting all appropriate corrective measures.

Seems like a hot-head. He's miffed for some reason. There is no suggestion in the media that he is involved with the 'secret society' so I don't think he has any personal exposure.

Odd.
