More whining and empty hot air from the Chief "Not a threat, a real live promise" Is this like the time he promised that Miller would be operational, with all the necessary approvals, by May 2017? What a crybaby. It's like when a losing team blames the referee for being in cahoots with the winners. Chief - if you haven't ignored me - just give it up bud. You're embarrassing yourself. Bruce Duncan will take what remaining money he has and put it towards another scheme to dupe simpletons like you. He's not going to waste his time in French-speaking civil law courts 2000km away just because some gullible nobodies feel like they weren't treated "fairly" The chief can jump up and down all he wants in his childish temper tantrum, like some autistic 5 year old, shooting "NO FAIR! NO FAIR! NO FAIR!" until his dimentia finally claims him. I suppose such reactions are natural for someone who is learning that he is ignorant and he is completely powerless.
