Brumar, Victor Cha lays out a very well-reasoned approach to North Korea. His plan shows strength without being so reckless as to pursue a pre-emptive strike. What I don't see, however, is a "blistering op-ed" or a "devastating shot" at the Trump administration. That's an exaggeration, though I can see how a guy like you would view it that way.
