Bob, Are you trying to imply that they would just give away a $14mm asset? Think about what your saying! Who in their right mind would give it up when in fact they are the legal owners? This was a contract between RMCW and PRTI, MVPH has absolutely nothing to do with it. And MVPH has no legal right to just cancel a certificate. Whether this ends up in court is anyones guess, but RMCW's attorneys LOVE a case that's a slam dunk! Mike
