I don't think too many people really want to impeach Trump because he's largely a harmless clown.

(For many Republicans in the interim he's a useful idiot who can sign his name to their legislation which violate all of his campaign promises)

But Trump is definitely surrounded by people who are going to prison. Far more than just the 3 who have already been indicted (manafort and gates) or have already plead guilty and sentenced (flynn).

Meuller certainly has enough evidence to indict Jeff Sessions for perjury and Trump for obstruction of justice —— but that's not what he's after.

Meuller and most Americans want the reason they've been lying and obstructing justice and Meuller has assembled a team more than capable of ferreting that information out.

People merely want Trump and his associates to humiliated by being forced to tell the truth - somewhat akin to Party Discipline for Party members in China.

Bo Xilai and Gu Kailai murdered and terrorized people, even their superiors so they had to be sentenced to death commuted to life in prison, but as you know the primary purpose of party discipline is self-criticism as a learning experience for others.
