Rich, when you have chance (and if you want) can you check ANAB SHM platform to generate mAbs:

In some cases they are claiming fentomolar activity , and they do have long t1/2 (+45 days). For instance they dose their (TSRO) ant1-Pd-1 at 1000mg6W schedule (now they will use 500 mg3W).
