Weber, Like you said, its' a no-brainer, OIMO, its' the 'foundation' to Kuglers contentions that RMIL is a 'scam'....this is an issue he felt so strongly about that he called me at work! Now..., IMO, the foundation of his contentions is crumbling away, and his lies and fabrications are choking him. Did you see last night 's lies about FEDERAL CASES and a 'seperate' case filed in Calif. ( other than the one filed in the superior court )...just for "Calif. residents"? He's a dying fish contorting himself on dry land. The MVPH/PRTI scenario is coming back to haunt him.....what goes around, comes around! Pugs
