"That does not mean Trump is guilty" - mind meld
By the same token, it doesn't mean he's not guilty. He's sure obstructing (a crime) like a guilty person. - wharfrat

Wharf, you and the liberal left are acting like true McCarthy disciples. I could say that I don't have evidence that you are guilty of murdering someone, but that does not mean you are not guilty. With that line of thinking, we can investigate the hell out of anyone until we find an infraction that we can punish them with. That kind of McCarthyism not only destroys lives for no good reason, it turns a healthy and free Republic into a Nazi Stasi environment.

Let me remind you that in this country, you must have probable cause to procure a warrant and that probable cause cannot be based on documents whose provenance was bought from former Russian KGB agents by the opposition party in an attempt to slander you in the public's eyes. There is a legal phrase called "fruit of the poisoned vine". What it means is that when a foundational piece of evidence is found to be spurious, all conclusions and other arguments that hang off that piece of evidence are deemed inadmissible. That Russian Dossier is the poisoned vine. The fruit was the baseless FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign and the Mueller investigation. The fact that the people who took that document to the FISA court and did not disclose its provenance and its known spurious nature, is testament to the felonies those people committed.

As usual, the people doing the accusing are the ones who are guilty as sin.
