Yes they are corrupt.

Proof enough... they approved spying, based on an unverified political hit piece, of the GOP candidate and his staff 2 weeks prior to the election.

Either they knew it was a lie or they didn’t ask. Either way the entire process is now suspect.

Because of Obama and the Clintons corruption.
