There are many ways to calculate the debt. Do we begin with Bush's final budget or Obama's first? If we begin with Obama's first budget it's around $7.2 trillion but we also know Bush and gop collapsed the economy long before Obama was sworn in and CBO was projecting massive deficits before Obama did anything. Blaming Obama is childish. It's why you do it.
