DSET corp. a Vertel competitor filed to go Public through Alex Brown.
It looks like TMN is ramping up.
BTW, Crosskeys got recommended today by SG Wrburg.

the telecommunications and computing industries to her position at
Vertel. She played a pivotal role in the commercialization of PTT
Telecom Netherlands as Vice President of strategy and was a key member
of the systems engineering team which transformed US Sprint into a full
service, long distance carrier. Ms. Cox also played an instrumental role
in the creation of high growth telecommunications lines of business
within such Fortune 500 companies as Hewlett-Packard, Oracle Corporation
