Taiwan companies have been reporting in "droves" today. an example: Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Hsinchu 1997 1996 Change December Sales NT$5.36 bln NT$2.58 bln 107.38% Jan-Dec Sales 43.94 bln 39.40 bln 11.51% Most Taiwan companies are required to post unaudited December sales by Jan. 10.
