Morning Dave,

I and many others have been trying to get a straight answer from Rubin on that and other questions either over the phone or by fax but with no success up to date. They simply won't reveal the info, promising to fax answers back to insvestors and never did for 6 weeks now. Is it illegal to keep that type of information from investors, you think? CAFE has conjured up BS excuses for not answering as you might have read. Any suggestions on how to get around this? Your thoughts will be greatly appreciated.
