There are immediate mkt reactions as well as delayed ones. The new Fed chair took over today(Dow down 1175). Nunes-Trump memo released on Friday(Dow down 666 -- an ominous number). Tax cut looked like a no-go till about early January. So, it was not discounted by the markets. I never take tariffs with a grain of salt especially if it's gambler that's pushing them. In sum, just look at the timing of things and leave the spinning for another day.
