If the plaintiff's charge is true of course? >>>The lawsuit shows that Zonagen filed a patent application for a product it called ImmuMAX knowing that it was actually a common compound called Chitosan and that two U.S. patents already existed for the same use.<<< I guess the question it raises is that if they were willing to do it there they might have done it again with their patent application for Vasomax. Also, rarely is there only one cockraoch in the cubboard. If you see one, you can be fairly sure you'll find more. Just my thoughts. Barb
