MF,

The folks at PKC have a lot of class (and are quite shrewd) and have spoken very positively about ROH whenever they are asked their opinion. They realize that it is better for each company to have the _other company's market cap. high --- this will tend to pull up the market cap. of _their company.

Come to think of it, only a blithering idiot would knock down the other company if he were connected with one of the two.

I wonder what the ROH folks are saying about PKC.
