Although we have not set an exact date yet, Glenayre usually releases
4th quarter/year end results during the first week of February. (Last
year's release date was Feb. 5.) If you would like to check back, the
date will probably be confirmed sometime during the week of Jan. 18.

Results from any given market can vary significantly from quarter to
quarter. During 1997 as reported so far, quarterly contribution from
total international sales ranged from approximately 46% to approximately
55% of total revenues. The Asia/Pacific region can represent anywhere
from 25% to 50% of that number. We do not publicly provide revenue
breakdown by country, although I can tell you that China has been a very
important market for us (through 3rd quarter reporting) during 1997.
