PKC's deal with HEC has been different from ROH's right from the start. Each one negotiated with Mikel independently of the other, and at different times.

PKC's deal is that they pay a third for a quarter on any exploratory wells and then its even up on the developmental wells in any field.

This extra amount of funds that PKC has to pay amounts to diddly when looked in the big picture of the potential of the Alacaravan Contract.
