Limited, unvetted? So what. That's the nature of human intelligence. Getting people on the other side to pass along gossip, knowing that some of it will be valid.

In Steele's case he got RIGHT the "sale" of 19% of government owned Rosneft. Six months after he said an offer was made the transaction happened and it was murky with no known business reason for it. That's a BFD as Biden would say. One of Sechin's confidants paid with his life for passing that on.

The Steele dossier said advisor Carter Page had traveled to Moscow to talk to Igor Sechin and in fact that had happened.

The Steele dossiers gossip about Sleazy Donnie's sexual escapades in Russia and blackmail by Putin, while unproven, fits with Donnie's known history. Look at how he chased porn actresses and was blackmailed by one.

Bad morals, bad judgment.

And in addition to the Steele dossier, we know top campaign officials, including family members, met with Russian agents in Trump Tower in hopes of making a deal to get. And we know campaign officials and surrogates were in touch (and still are) with Russian stooge, Julian Assange.
