Here's a fun fact.
My buddy Radar's FIL just harvested 85 tons of chardonnay grapes at $1200/ton, a average yield, and way up from the last 2 heavy drought years. I think he has 20 acres.

Here's another fun fact.
The projected yield for Wharf Rat Ag Corp next year is 900 lbs of medical marijuana at more or less the same price, grown on 10,000 sq feet.
