So why do they need to consumate a deal with a tainted company and a management that may or may not be found culpable of attempts to manipulate their stock and misrepresent their operational status. There are plenty of shell companies out there to reverse merge into that don't have nearly the baggage that this one now has. I don't know Ron, apparently it may be hard for these foreigners to penetrate our market, here is another stock I am in, let me know what you think. largovista.com Why trade for water with someone when you can take over the company and own the water you plan to import?
