A nano-cap-company can fund by direct contact with investors through Rule 504 A nano-stock-exchange can allow secondary trade of previously placed stock among accredited investors. Then the trading blockchain of the nano-stock-exchange has to chain-back-to the original Registration Key that the nano-cap-company keeps posted.
