Little does NuclearCrystals know, Bertrand isn’t a councillor. Further, the bylaw project he’s posted is an Arnold and LeGris initiative to prevent the widespread corruption under the Saywell cabal from ever happening again. This saga included a number of instances where public lands were put up for sale, only to be bought by Saywell for commercial intentions. Other issues arose around the abuse of public power to further equestrian clubs associated with the mayor. Not to mention the high likelihood of bribery of public officials as part of Bruce Duncan’s contempt for the law. The previous Baril administration prior also had major conflict of interest issues that resulted in corruption. All this is public knowledge and easily searchable. Once again, NuclearCrystals displays his Forest Gump-like understanding of the situation or basic contextual knowledge of the area.
