Yo Mitch,

You're not suppose to scoop "El Scoopo". (vbg) This was one of the announcements I was hoping for as I told you previously. The old deal read like this: FTEL---40%, DCTC----40%----Venture Capitalist---20%.
Some people will think this is dilution but I like the sound of 50% for FTEL shareholders and 50% for DCTC shareholders. Plus, plenty left over for other key acquistions. Just my opinion.
