At any rate, a friend of mine talked to Eli Constantine
on the 17th. Eli told him that a report is due out
in "7-10 days". That would be the 27th at the latest.
The 27th has come and gone.
It's now the 30th.
I can't access the IPMCF website.
Has anyone heard anything?
