2018-02-12 @ 238-pounds . . . another 2-pounds .. lovin' it !!! I feel so good in my clothes .. this feeling drives me to continue to pass on the chips, bagels, and popcorn. I am still having my two english muffins every Friday morning, but that "reward" is keeping me happy AND still losing 2-pounds per week. I'm pushing for 3-pounds down this week! fun fun fun my daily eating .. FIVE eatings:
 - breakfast at 10 am = a fistful of meat (pork,beef,whatever) fried in butter and spices
 - lunch at noon-ish = 3-eggs, some cheddar-cheese, a fistful of bacon/sausage all fried in buttter
 - snack @ 2 pm = salad of greens, purples, reds + 3-tablespoons of regular/fat blue-cheese dressing
 - dinner at 4 pm = a fistful of meat (pork,beef,whatever) fried in butter and spices
 - snack at 8 pm = a fistful of meat and cheese stacks OR half-a-bunch of celery with 3-tablespoons of regular/fat blue-cheese dressing
  This what I eat every day .. with my "reward" on Friday mornings adding two buttered english muffins. It works for me !!!! Notice that there is 14-hours of fasting built in! I don't eat from 8 pm to 10 am = 14-hours. Sometimes I don't have that #5 snack so my fasting is even longer. This fasting is so easy because I am never hungry . . always feel "full" because of the fats I eat. When I eat flour or starch or sugar (grains, sweets), it makes me want to eat more! like an addict . . think >> "Pringles, you can't eat just one" . . it's not because Pringles is so special tasting .. it's because they are full of carbs/starch !!
  Anyway . . I am being bold stating all of this because I feel very confident that i will succeed with this life-diet . . . once I lose 50 pounds, I might start having some rice and potatoes more often so that I don't get skinny . . my goal is medium and healthy.
