John it appears you may be suffering from a "fungus"!!!!!!!! Like a fungal infection, stock buying can also spread. Even 10 is too many junior stocks. I never, never, never carry more than three. My approach: If a fantastic opportunity arises, I evaluate that opportunity against the 3 stocks I hold. If it is a better opportunity than what I own, I sell one of the three and buy the other(even at a loss). If I can't force myself into selling one of the original 3 then I don't buy #4 no matter how good it is( because obviously deep down I feel the other thre are better). Yes, you miss some, but its a good way to evaluate what you hold at any one time. Juniors are just to volatile to own more than three, IMHO.
