How Don the Con's infrastructure plan would work:

$200 billion in cash, $1.3 trillion in loan guarantees probably. Loan guarantees that the govt will have to cover ... just not in year one. A whole lot of Obama's wasted spending on green energy was in the form of loan guarantees. When the green companies went under one by one, the federal govt assumed their debt.

This will involve new specially formed corporations that will exist only to spend borrowed money guaranteed by the USA. The $ will go to the contractors building the roads, bridges, etc to nowhere, never to be seen again. The alleged $1 trillion dollar deficit will actually be a $2.3 trillion dollar deficit.

Trump proposed to default on the federal debt during the campaign. That's his plan and what he knows how to do.
