You are an obvious aquaitance of AE. Look at the end of the day you do not have to be a geologist to run a mining company. Good leaders recognize their short comings and surround themselves with people that address those short comings. They park their ego at the door for the betterment of the organization.

Not sure if Francis or his group is better than AE and his but at the end of the day their is a reason why we see shareholder dissatisfaction and that isn't on Francis.
