Come on, you are reaching. That is a failed democracy. You are confusing a failed democracies dictatorship's failed economic policies with socialism, and socialism as a political system, with democratic socialism which all democracies share in common.

They are a democracy in the same way Russia is. Do you really think Chavez's had a democratic underpinning. He was a dictator as is the present guy just like Putin.

And like Putin he ran the country into the ground with stupid ideas. Or Duterte.
