While I can understand the frustrations of long term shareholders with substantial investments I don't appreciate the way this action has been unfolded. The letter from the "dissidents" may have been delivered on February 8 but releasing a news release before the company has had a chance to formulate a reply, not only to the "dissidents" but to the rest of the shareholders doesn't invoke much confidence in me that these people can contribute to the success of the company and I can't imagine anyone else wanting to invest at current price levels or higher with this cloud of uncertainty hanging over us.

I am willing to listen to reasoned discussion and examples of solutions to problems but we have had nothing so far. The "dissidents" may be well known to some shareholders but they are not all known to all. They will have to put out a lot more information than the contents of the news release to convince me that they have the qualifications, knowledge and experience to justify and effect the changes that they seek and. also, that the changes will benefit all shareholders. I don't believe I am alone in thinking this way.
