Your post could have merit, however have you considered the possibility that the dissident group may have been in discussion with AE and the board in the last while, hence the recent news releases, and their attempt to gain a reasonable agreement, solution to their concerns,, fell on deaf ears and AE dug in his heels and told them to go pound sand ! just a thought regards fd
