Bought back into this depressed Co. recently. I'm fairly sure they still have some digesting hiccups with Ultra Tech Stepper and it's skewing pre merger organic results.

The semiconductor company reported $0.19 earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter, topping analysts’ consensus estimates of $0.09 by $0.10, Bloomberg Earnings reports. Veeco Instruments had a negative net margin of 10.16% and a negative return on equity of 0.73%. The business had revenue of $143.40 million during the quarter, compared to the consensus estimate of $143.85 million. During the same quarter last year, the company posted $0.09 earnings per share. The firm’s quarterly revenue was up 53.2% compared to the same quarter last year. Veeco Instruments updated its Q1 guidance to ($0.04) to $0.14 EPS.
