great find. i think you're indeed looking at a VDSL strategy for NTT. AMTX, via NEC, had been long rumored to be a player there. If Pat Mudge reads this thread perhaps she can clarify the historical details and report the current status.

i used today's market dive to establish a long-term position in ORCTF. the expanding scope of their relationship with Fujitsu and the surprise tie-up with Lucent portend good things.
