Hey Scott I can take poking as well as the next guy. I was actually hoping that you would educate me on the filing instead. I posted what I thought was correct. Looking at it again the shares are still going to be available for the underwriters to sell at $7.94. This will be their cost so I'm sure they will probably sell at a higher price than that. I don't have a crystal ball and have no idea at what price above that they will sell but there will be 507k+ shares available that in my opinion could put extreme pressure on the stock as it tries to move forward.

Now it is entirely possible that I am completely wrong. Won't be the first and it won't be the last. Thanks for the explanation and your asessment of the sitution. Thanks for poking fun instead of helping me understand something that I was and must still be missing.
