Mara was gone in August, 2017, which means the Ross family was gone in or before August. The Ross family may have retained the warrants they were given for backstopping the RO, and for the previous PP, but you can be sure they no longer have even one cent of cash invested. In the last 3 months that Mara was the IR contact (Jun-Jul-Aug 2017), the average SP close was $1.05. ZEN has not closed over $1.00 since the end of August, 2017. Since Sep 1, 2017, the average SP close is $0.75. Zenners don't understand the SP connection. Zenners don't believe the Mara - Ross connection.
