Neeka. Thanks for asking. So far, I still have that neck pain problem. But being able to remove the foam pieces that Carolyn found out about is quite helpful. The pillow is jammed full of memory foam pieces, so you can regulate its firmness by removing and/or adding back. I like that ability. It will take trial and error until I'm happy with it. Over time, if it needs adjustment it's easy to do.

The odor does diminish over time, but airing it out first for a day or two seems crucial.
