Case No. INC 004133 was kicked back for not being served in the proper venue......EDVC-97-300 RT (VAPx ) was filed in FEDERAL COURT because Case No. INC 004133 didn't fly!!!! ZAPARA WAS NOT NAMED IN THIS SUIT FILED IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIF.!!!! Where was Zapara named as a DEFENDANT? there is NO FEDERAL CASE where he was named, and there are NO OTHER SUITS that I can find, the one Tonto posted was thrown out and filed in the SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIF. Where is the suit for CAlif. residents? Where is there a FEDERAL CASE that names Zapara? Pugs
