The problem is that all this stupid PollyTickling (to borrow a phrase) brings about bad feelings and shortens tempers... and creates a nasty atmosphere where the 3-4 major nuclear powers out there, instead of cooperating and keeping peace - become likely to come to blows over some bullshit. I don't like politicians with their creepy ambitions. They're a lot more trouble than they're worth.
