I tried the banana pancakes a couple of times, for a quick lunch actually when nothing else seemed to be around (I have a 3-minute work commute and go home for my lunch hour). Was good except for my execution, did not wait long enough for the frying pan to heat up so the result was a delicious sloppy mess. My wife is the primary cook in our house, but I sometimes dabble.
