Mad Hatter Mueller makes "Happy Birthday" a felony

Oh, I wish I could draw a straight line.
Or even a gay one, because I have an idea for a cartoon of Special Counsel Robert Mueller as the Mad Hatter in his continuing criminal investigation in search of a crime.
He came up with a doozy on Friday.
"According to special counsel Robert Mueller’s indictment of 13 Russian citizens and 3 entities, Russian trolls were persuasive enough to get at least one US citizen to stand up and wish their boss a very special happy birthday," Quartz reported.
From the indictment:
For example, on or about May 29, 2016, Defendants and their co-conspirators, through an ORGANIZATION-controlled social media account, arranged for a real U.S. person to stand in front of the White House in the District of Columbia under false pretenses to hold a sign that read “Happy 55th Birthday Dear Boss.” Defendants and their co-conspirators informed the real U.S. person that the sign was for someone who “is a leader here and our boss . . . our funder.” PRIGOZHIN’s Russian passport identifies his date of birth as June 1, 1961. Wow.
Mad Hatter Mueller thinks this is a crime worth the $10 million or so we have already spent on this investigation.
Mad Hatter Mueller also thinks we need the federal government to protect us from Russian agents pranking us.
Let's get real.
Mad Hatter Mueller's band of thugs with badges let Hillary get away with laundering through her Fake Charity foreign bribes including those from Russian oligarchs, who received in exchange approval of control of 20% of the U.S. production of uranium.
But now Mad Hatter Mueller is going after pranksters.
I am sickened to learn how awful and contemptuous of the law Mueller and Comey were. They were our FBI directors for 16 years until Trump finally dumped Comey.
The fish rots from the head. I hope that was as far as the rot got at the FBI.
