It is a different suit. This one lists Dempsey Mork as the plaintiff,
not Magellan, and lists as defendants, Olympus Ventures, Inc., Rocky Mountain International, Ltd., a Washington Corporation, Gary Morgan,
Roland Breton, Transecurities International, a Washington Corporation, Lazar Levine & Co., Michael Puhr, Florida Atlantic Stock Transfer, Lorinda Liang, Wen Jen Allen Lan, Riley G. Mathews, Scott Meyer, World
Marketing Alliance, Inc. There are additional defendants and a different plaintiff. Zapara does not appear in this suit and possibly someone will find out why.
