Yes that is what the doc said, but hubby insisted. The bread appears to be very low carb. I feel kind of guilty today. We took our 12 yr old grand to lunch at Pannera (his choice) yesterday for his birthday. I ordered a really nice salad and it came with a large piece of baguette. I at the whole thing. Haven't done that in yrs.
