A life without GOOD bread isn’t worth living :-)

It’s a staple in our household. Absolutely no crappy white / supermarket type bread but multi grains, sourdough, rye or combinations thereof.

Good bread and a decent variety thereof is a fairly recent phenomenon in North America. When I first landed on these shores 40 years ago, it was as rare as edible food unless you enjoyed overdone meat and potatoes.
